1. Using the service
TheBrainSite lets you create a chatbot trained on content you provide and embed it on your website. You're responsible for the content you upload and for having the right to use it.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to train a chatbot on illegal content, to impersonate another person or business without authorization, or to abuse the API (e.g. automated scripts designed to disrupt the service or extract data at a scale inconsistent with normal business use).
3. Billing
Messages are unlimited on every plan; plans differ by the number of websites you can connect. Billing is handled by our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled from your dashboard.
4. Accuracy of answers
Your chatbot answers questions based on content you provide. While we design it to avoid answering outside that content, we do not guarantee the accuracy of every response, and you should review conversation logs periodically.
5. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
