Refund Policy

1. Free trial
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with TheBrainSite, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge on any plan. For annual plans, you can also request a full refund within 14 days of each annual renewal.
3. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Outside the 14-day window above, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@thebrainsite.com from the email address on your account and tell us which charge you want refunded. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by our payment processor, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Exceptions
We may refuse a refund if an account was used in breach of our Terms of Service, or in cases of fraud or repeated refund abuse. If you have a billing problem, please contact us first so we can fix it quickly.
6. Your legal rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
